this is the one.
so, i decided to give tumblr a shot although i’ve heard how much woe it gives just one person via twitter (omg, maybe 233+ tweets about it). i’m not quite sure what the function of tumblr is. i mean, there’s lj and then there’s twitter. is it supposed to be a hybrid? if someone could please explain the function and purpose of tumblr to me, please: i’m more than willing to listen. :>
i’ll be starting university studies in a year and a half, possibly even less. disclosing my age like this will most-likely detract from those unfortunate few that manage to stumble across this post. i’m scared that i won’t be up to par, i’ll remain unsatisfactory, i won’t ever be as competitive as ashley or kayla or many other peers. will each audition be enough to even mildly excite my superiors? music auditions only go so far, so i’m told. i think i’m smart but i haven’t applied myself to the point that my gpa is where i want it. ashley’s was 4.0+ which really jerked me back into reality. i couldn’t sleep last night because i was dreaming about japan, about this japanese program and finally reaching the climax of my ultimate goal: japan.
